In accordance with the provisions of CVM instruction no. 480/2009, article 30, point III, the Company submits to you the summary of the decisions taken at the aforementioned Meeting: 1. It amended point 6.8, V the articles of association to provide for the period of 21 days in advance to convene the General Meeting of the Company; 2. It amended articles 7.1, 7.1.1, 7.1.3, 7.1.4 and 7.1.5 of the articles of association to adapt the wording of the composition and term of office of members of the Audit Committee; 3. It amended Article 10 of the Articles of Association to improve the wording of the Company’s representation rule; 4. It overhauled the articles of association by incorporating the modifications mentioned in the preceding points; and 5. It updated the Share Allocation Plan, which consolidates the general rules for long-term incentive programs involving the allocation of shares to members of management and employees of the Company and directly or indirectly controlled companies. The minutes of the Meeting will be published on the Empresas.Net – Informações Periódicas e Eventuais (Periodic and Accessory Information) platform within the period provided for in article 30, point IV of CVM Instruction no. 480/2009.
