CommScope Shareholders Approve Proxy Proposals

HICKORY, NC–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Shareholders of CommScope Holding Company, Inc., a global leader in network connectivity solutions, today approved five proxy proposals at the company’s annual meeting of shareholders.
CommScope shareholders re-elected Mary S. Chan, Stephen C. Gray, L. William Krause, Derrick A. Roman, Charles L. Treadway, Claudius E. Watts IV and Timothy T. Yates as directors, each for one term ending in 2023 and ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s registered independent public accounting firm for fiscal year 2022. Shareholders also approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the remuneration of the company’s appointed officers. Additionally, shareholders approved additional shares under the company’s 2019 long-term incentive plan. Additionally, holders of Series A Convertible Preferred Shares, voting as a separate class, re-elected Mindy Mackenzie and Patrick R. McCarter as directors for terms ending in 2023.
